yep thats on the cards have a steel jobbie lined up but will need to check when i can grab it would rather that than a glass copy with its prone to cracks and s**t.

just a slight update

had a skid pan day @ AHG driving centre here in perth couple weeks ago and heres some shots of the day.

broke the bellhousing by looks of it in the arvo so out on the look for a t5 housing now, have upgraded igntion and some engine bay bling to be added in few weeks as well as a new diff for it.

no more chicken wings...hopefully

A great looking car you have there but not a fan of the taillights. Gotta love those Scorcher front bars :D

thinking it might have happened when had some broken mounts up till the week before but will have a good look when get under the car over the weekend hopefully but as said looks like a crack there(starter motor was hanging out of the housing when i finished the run before retiring for the day :cry: )

are you serious? have a look again, i see nothing at all the same, the EA rear bar even has a groove and sweeps under the rear of the car.. not a panzy drop down skirt like the commodore... :roll:

oviously its not exactly the same but it is similar... was the first thing i thort of when i saw the rear of the ea... just my opinion

ok slight update

new bellhousing is in due to me having no mechanical sympathy have been told, cracked my housing at a track day couple months ago... see below for pic.

and while that was happening said goodbye to the 2.77:1 single pegger and hello to a 3.27:1 LSD out of a ED v8 ratio will stay this for awhile then i might put in the 3.45 depending on new outcomes of testing(drags and powercruise).

did you just fill, sand and paint the standard boot garnish to achieve this?

or is it a replacement item?

its a replacement item man need to tek screw it to the body and then paint over screws :P
