The clutch cable was replaced when the old clutch was done, which is almost exactly one year ago (last powercruise).
How do you adjust the return spring XR Lane? The only things that have never changed is the s**t around the peddle box, so it has to be something there...

The spring is not adjustable but I was thinking along the lines of it being too tight and might need a replacement that has less tension. I would just have a look under there and look for warn parts, maybe the plastic bushes on the clutch pedal pin have worn through and is now metal on metal? maybe the pivot arm for the cable at the top of the clutch pedal has worn bushes and is jammed and causing the cable to rub against the hollow thread at the end of the cable casing? I cant really be sure just brain storming.

A farm asset clearance auction of all things.
My old man said he was going to one and an EL XR was supposed to be there, and if things went to plan we were going to purchase it (for him/mum). Well they withdrew that, but had the 17s there with 2 spare tires, starting bid at $50 lol. If the car went to auction, it probably would have fetched $1k lol.

Least its a pretty straightforward job.

Decided I'm going to get an AU motor sometime soon, and then depending on income, strap a snail to the side of it.
Current motor is eating oil/leaking like a b**ch and ticks pretty chronic.... she's lost a few killerwasps afer 50,000kms of rapeage...

Should be good to see the Envi'd EF with a fresher motor and a bit of boost. Look forward to seeing it all unfold

Got some Pacemaker 4480s to go on, and hopefully will be getting some 19" Advanti Photons, was going to get some XHP Sabres in 20" but the tyres are about 30mm too tall, would look a bit awkward and very high them...

Still havent got around to purchasing an AU motor yet... this one still goes hard, it just uses a fair whack of oil in doing so. Doubt it will get a turbo for a while yet, in and out of work is a biatch.
