well i headed into town and got stopped at hamilton by some smart asses in a vt commodore painted spray can black, my mate got out to punch on with the useless C*** and one of them pulled a huge knife, i got out of the car after i got it off the road, grabbed my torch and grabbed one by the shirt and went to swing my torch at his scull, then seen the knife that his mate had and s**t me gear, ahh well, the law will catch up with the pathetic retards

my mate was carrying on like a goose out the window of the car because he had been drinking and it was australia day, they thought it would be cool to throw a jimmy can almost full at my car so at the traffic lights everyone wanted a brawl, im quite sure he wasnt being smart to them but maybe they have a different side to the story,
and if i see a fight im not going to sit there and watch 2 people fight 1 guy so i let them go for a minute or so and said times up jumped out and went to bash sculls together, which made me see the knife(had a blade about 7-10 inches long like a hunting knife) then because my mrs called the cops and put in their licence plate they took off,
why cant people just have a decent scrap on the foot path and be done with it, s**t C*** always gotta pull knives

back on topic
going to buy new shocks today and just replace the whole lot while im there, was going to buy kyb's off the internet for $118 free postage but cant be bothered waiting so im going to buy pedders rears and use my king springs.

Also the problem with my exhaust was that i tightened s**t out of it, but forgot to check it after i went for a drive and it had came a little loose, not to mention the gasgets FOOKED so i tightened it again yesterday and its better, still sounds like its leaking from the gasget though,

Mate, you got a security licence now right and at the moment your job as well?

Assault with a weapon (torch) or any assault charges against you will lead to licensing officer/courts removing your security license which means no workie in industry which means no money.

Friends that carry on and cause s**t yelling crap out the window 'instigating' and 'provoking', i would think twice and then three times about allowing them into your car but more so, do not get involved no matter what.

to be honest i dont give a f**k about my job at the moment, get told40 minutes beforehand that i have a 16 hour shift,
get payed f**k all per hour, no weekends/holiday time if your sick they just dont believe you, you cant work one day they sack ya if they are in a bad mood, and if i was to go and work for the company directly id get less money and less hours, the only reason im doing this is to get a foot in the door for something else, and if that goes pear shaped in the mean time it doesnt bother me in the slightest

brother has scored an ed fairmont which has been in the family for about 15 years, altho driven on dirt roads has always been serviced and driven by an older couple, the interior is mint and has rego until mid this year i think.
paying $200 for it but the only down fall that can be found on the car apart from the odd scratch or dent is the driver side window is stuck down and its already had the window reg replaced, so my guess is the switches are buggered,
so ive given my brother a choice, he can be stuck with the laser sitting in the yard or ill buy it for $200 and take it next week so hes getting the falcon for free pretty much and its a done deal provided im not working next week on a day i pick to head up kempsey.
so the falcon will be put to rest for a while so i save the coin to replace the clutch/ update the engine to an au with modded sump and purchase an lsd/suspension/cat... the list goes on lol

its a good car to drive but im just a bit hard on it at the moment because the novelty of driving a manual hasent worn off yet so its best i park it and spend some coin on it and who knows, it may end up with a snail hangin off the exhaust side of the head 8-)

now im just dreaming

$200 work s**t :D
has:
new fully rebuilt engine(which alone cost roughly 2000 in parts and labour
rebuilt carby
new clutch
almost new king raised springs and unknown brand of shocks
tinted windows
is a ghia which means it has better seats, digital clock, chrome garnish for the clock/radio and a few badges lol

problems which annoy me even though its just a hunk of poo
it idles at 1500, tryed winding the idle down on the screw and its stuck idling at this much, so does anyone know whats causing that?
and it has an exhaust leak so it needs to be driven with the windows down lol.

have already fixed that s**t drivers door with spacing the latch for the lock and now it all works fine, just need to slam it a little harder than normal

also it isnt very quick, i know they arent ment to be quick but its very very slow i think it needs the timing checked/ it needs the tappets re adjusted and the carby maybe played around with
wonder if any of these things give me more power lol

Don't know anything about the carbs on lasers but check the vacuum lines, that could be the source of the high idle. Maybe the electric choke is stuck on( if it has one).
