seat of pants dyno tells me red ones are not faster than these blue ones, so red does not mean go fast parts, also my seat of pants dyno says clutch is very over my driving style, no burnouts, just hard driving off the lights every now and then, LOL.

its definatly on the list of things to do altho i keep sticking it on the back burner incase i want to drop an au intech donk in,but if i do that, do i bother throwing a rebuild at it with higher comp pistons, or do i leave this engine in and build a turbo beast engine, but if i do that i dont wanna start chewing t5's so do i buy an automatic car, but then ill have 2 petrol sucking taxi's, do i sell the manual? but ive already started pouring money into it and i enjoy driving it

(brain scrambles and eyes roll into back of head) too much on my mind

hmmmmm, some prick p****d me off today and i dropped a bit of a skid(wasnt very big at all and on a smooth cement surface) and now im getting a funny sound in first gear when im decellerating it makes a funny weerring sound, and a small vibation, its always done it since ive had the car but its just gotten a little worse, anyone got an idea what it is? probably something to do with th clutch, or lack of clutch,
when i first got the car outta the shed i was driving up the road and i put the foot down in 3rd at 1800 rpm, and the clutch slipped, i know its from being worn out because its adjusted correctly, and if i load my car up with weight and get a few people in it the clutch causes problems with a bit of weight behind it. i knew it needed replacing when i got the car going but silly me had no money
live and learn,

so im getting 475km from a full tank, all the way down to the top of the orange empty part of the fuel gauge, so i guess thats not too bad considering i do put the foot down on ocasions, i didnt exactly drive lightly either, and thats 1 or 2 degrees more advance on the timing with 98 octane, will do a test this fortnite when i completly fill up with 98 with some more ignition advance and see how good my fuel consumption is then

That's pretty bloody good fuel economy!
Mine always only gets about 350km to 3/4 of a tank
I never let mine get past 1/4 full though because its more prone to surging under a 1/4 tank but I reckon it'd still only get 400km :/
Well done haha!

well i still need to check if my bbm is switching, i hardly need to go over 3000rpm because obvious reasons it just makes a heap of noise and i dont need to go that fast, but when i do on the odd ocasion it seems to really run out of puff close to the red line and struggles to get there, other than that the car goes pretty good, could drive it better and get more economy i rekin, :)

I'm probably getting about the same now. I hit the magic 400km to the 3/4 tank the fill before last.

the biggest problem with the falcons is the terrible first gear being soo long in the auto, plus the auto gear box is heavier, and your spinning a torque convertor full of oil etc lol

Is it just me or does the fuel guage drop alot quicker on the lower part of a full tank?

Its because the fuel tank is smaller when it's below 1/2
