and can i just say, i drove this thing and f**k me its slow, i was better off driving an automatic pulsar than driving this thing!!!!
i had to buy a new air filter and some injector cleaner just to be able to put up with it, im going to also try cleaning the throttle body, and throwing some almost new plugs in it from the spare el motor as they had been replaced when the motor carked it, man its slow. hardly moved when i put if flat and took a very very long time to get to the red line from a standing still start.
either im used to this manual too much or ed's are s**t! lol

My auto EF does shifts hard too. Probs because it gets neglected and hasn't had a trans service in over 150,000 ks

Would most likely spin 2nd too if I was game enough to flog it! Just feels like being rear ended

yeah this one never got serviced, the original owner before my brother owned it since about 3 years old until a few months ago was under the impression the btr's are so s**t they need replacing every 150,000 so it wasnt worth servicing  well if he had of serviced it maybe it would still change gears like normal, he serviced everything else on time though and was very anal with it, too bad my brother got hold of it

ed timing is set within the first 2 mins, and you set it to the mark on the left or a deg or 2 before, this mark is 10deg btdc. the mark on the right is tdc
