Do you need the additive with a fully synthetic oil ?
What's the additive do ? Add what the oil doesnt contain ? I put the wrong oil in my t5 and it used to grind in 5th and 1st was hard to engage . I dropped the s**t oil , replaced it with dex 3 and Nulon g70 and it was loud but is finally gone quiet lol I got some for the diff cos is whining bad . Im gonna put another tube in the box hopefully it shuts up completely

Just spent the last few days reading through this build lol, car looks sick and given me a lot of ideas. Nice work man.

did an oil change today, started using valvoline durablend.
also looking into a big brake upgrade, going with custom hubs, ve caliper and mustang rotor.

Sorta stock, it's all bolt on anyway , just sick of these s**t brakes . Also want something to look good behind the wheels.
Only thing I regret selling is the turbo from the kit . When the time comes I want one of those affordable turbo kits. Looking to get one on a car for powercruise next year .

So what ur saying is I might want to sell it for something better later on ?
Never lol she's a keeper . If anything I'd Just buy another car probably another ef el xr6 but in average or below average condition . Trying to also save for a house . I won't have a job come June next year so hoping I can piss off to the mines in WA or QLD and make some dough for the car .

man why'd you bother buying the super charger if you were just going to piss it off? i mean i know you werent planning to sell it before you bought it and its not bad if you didnt loose any money on it but still YOUR CRAZY!

i wasnt planning on selling it but it would of got me into trouble and didnt want it lying around till i cold legally put it on and id rather turbo.
i have a set of those brembo covers , i put them on but the looked tacky lol. so took them off .

Going to rebuild the diff my self and replacing everybush in the rear end .
Blue superpro polyurethane rear EL bush kit $260 Bearing kit BW78 $110 Shim kit $25 Persian blue ? Think I'll still need seals, gaskets and maybe crush washer . I heard I'll need a spreader to get the centre out ? Anyone shed some light there ? My centre is fine basically needs new bearings and preload and backlash reset .

I can try to find them if ur interested ?
I'll be sure to take many pics , it seems pretty easy to rebuild , I've been watching videos on YouTube . One thing I'm not sure how to rebuild is the centre , but I think that's ok as it still spins both wheels. Might even take the centre to a diff place to get it checked over .

As long as the centre isn't f**k I think I'll do ok, I'll probably drop the centre off at a diff place so they can see if it's ok or not .
Wouldn't mind installing a kaaz or tru track but expensive and overkill for my car .
