Just going to get a exedy OEM clutch .

I thought of doing the same, though I figured if im.gunna do it now may aswell do it correctly, if your goin turbo.and a built t5 though, theres no point putting a decent clutch in or youl either break the gearbox or will be replacing with a bigger one later anyway

either way a decent clutch will hold the power but risk breaking the t5, a std h/d clutch wont hold more than 230rwkw or last long...

I brought the exedy standard clutch for $214.

I'd rather clutch slip under boost than a broken t5 . I sent a email to steet build about the A5 gear set . Waiting on a reply .
I'll need a 26 spline clutch if I get the gear set. Hence buying a cheap clutch now to get me outta trouble

1 thing it has is ticky kit lol

The sct ? Nah he wouldn't tune it . Only tunes ba onwards , going with microtech . Getting it tuned by south coast rotary .

Yeah fair enough, Mircotech will do alot more than the SCT anyway.

those scoops would actually help drop engine bay temps, no s**t! my mate has em on his vn, can definatly sit on the spot frying it longer with those vents on there ay, and it makes such a hektic sound with the pod sticking out that middle scoop aye. because vn with painted boot garnishes do hectic power skids in second gear!

The microtechs? Have you had a look at Wolf ECU's?

Now have another issue , back of the water pump is leaking where the heater hose goes into. Is there a seal I can replace ?

im not sure mate... they normally come with the waterpump.. the problem is you either got to remove the water pump or try pull the heater pipe back enough to change the o ring..
