Any way got the box back in. Was a lot of swearing and pushing shaking lol.
It's a b**ch to get it to line up straight and slide in but eventually got it . Clutch pushes in and out fine , feels much better , also a tad lighter . Can't wait to drive it . I think my love for a manual has returned . Now wishing I put a hd clutch In

Also from memory corey only just changed water pump because of this problem, unless this was'nt done??? Or he was talking about another car??? Note: Roads up this way are rough so it probably does'nt help. If you are using the after market O rings that come with after market water pumps then this will probably be the issue. Ford sell the correct O ring, which from memory is a green O ring, for around $4.00. Correctly fitted with a dab of Vasaline and there will be no issue. If correctly fitted with the right O ring and mounted properly there should be no issue with vibration from rough roads. |

Okay but still doing it my way to be sure Also might only be $4 from ford but if they have to order ya gotta wait a week or so. Tap washers can be bought just about anywhere for under $4. Each to there own though. Oh and putting vaseline on rubber o-rings or plastic is not a good idea as it is petroleum based and will break the o-ring down eg...http://www.scubaboard.com/forums/archiv ... 90858.html I use silicon grease only as it protects and lubricates or Permatex non-hardening sealant. No worries , I didn't think of using planks so the ramp isnt so steep .
Only thought of removing the bar . I'll have to get used to this clutch , it's so grippy . I let it out slowly then all of a sudden it griped and threw me forward lol
