Did you get the same clutch ?it feels good for a standard . It's not too heavy either .
Yeah it went well . Very happy I had no problems


Anyone know how to bed it in ?

i bought one of them sunbury brakes hd clutch kits for $250 posted, it also came with the throw out bearing, looks to be a good unit, funnily enough my clutch was running perfect today, drove the hell out of it and havent had a problem

Having 2nd thoughts on going auto . Mainly cbf pulling out my gearbox. Clutch is working now so may aswell boost it and see how it goes on low boost. Then In the future save up for a tko 600.

i doubt it would last long with a standard clutch on low boost. from what troyman said the hd clutches will hold 230rwkw (give or take depending on driving conditions) id guess about 180-200kws in a daily would be good for a hd clutch. standard clutch..not so good :twisted:

If it explodes I wouldnt be f**k changing it again lol.

Never thought a new clutch would make such a difference . It's so much better to drive now much smoother . I like pushing in the clutch pedal now . I should of know the old clutch was on its way out . Each week it kept feeling worse , but I blamed it on the cable stretching .

Knew it went too well without problems . Last night I could smell burning tranny oil. Thought nothing of it . Then again just now . Layed under the car and its dripping out of the rear gearbox seal where the tail shaft yoke goes in .
It's all on my exhaust , on the diff . Everywhere under the car . Beats me how it leaks that bad when the other day it was fine .
So to fix it , just needs a new seal ?
