Yeah I had a ef auto with a 1673, it went fair hard , even being auto cos the cam was suited to manual, would of went better with a j3 chip,

I'm interested to see how much more power I will get with the 1521a and j3 chip, my xr6 being stock goes hard already, Going from auto to manual was so good . Auto was laggy, manual has much more punch

Yeah they have a bit of grunt
My EL is an auto, still much prefer the auto just as a daily driver, can just cruise easily, but manual would be a hell of a lot more fun !
I was hoping to get a J3 with a tune and back to back dyno run to see before and after power.

I'm hoping i have at least round 155 before tune??

yeah manual can be annoying in traffic jams especially with the ford heavy clutch,
with all my future mods im hoping for about 160 at the wheels before headwork,, with the 1521a and head work should be close to 170 180 at the wheels

I've seen this car up close. Unbelievably clean car. Very good looking!

Corey, let me know when you get around to working on this thing, I'll be the first around your place!

change of plans i put in a 977b cos i couldnt find valve springs and didnt have time to find them cos my car is my daily, anyways the cam goes good noticed a liitle bit of power up top, but i need extractors and my j3 retuned as it was tuned to a 1521a and it bucked and misfired, the when i removed the j3 it was fine, so hopefully geting the extractors on tomorrow and sending away the j3 to be retuned, also chucked in some ultra lows in the back and pedders shocks, sits a bit lower than the front

Nice man ! How do you find the Ultra lows ride? I put a set in the back of mine and found they were a better ride than super lows.

The previous owner had superlows in the back and chopped a coil off so it was hell bouncy so that's why I put in ultra lows . So compared to the cut supers ultras ride way better lol

I'll throw a pic up tomorrow :D
