manifold and turbo is bolted up all tight, also plumbed up the intake .
i have to have the hot side on a angle so the pod clears the bonnet, just have to use a 45" degree bend

Cheers mate
The first thing ill be doing this weekend is the dump pipe . Then I can fill it with oil and start it , check for exhaust leaks and start on cooler piping .

started the car today, sounded like a massy fergerson tractor . It's leaking from the manifold . Hopefully another gasket and sealant will fit it.
Also have to weld on a bung on dump pipe . Forgot to take a pic of the dump pipe completed , have no oil leaks except in the t piece where I put in a plug , oil sensor will replace the plug

Now that my turbo is a high mount , I can use my braided return. Had the bumper off today checking out how to run cooler pipes .

Cheers mate, the leaking manifold is a set back , has to come off all again . Dump pipe has to come off anyway to weld on a bung .
Wish day light savings would hurry up . I hate waiting for the weekends so I can work on the car

not on my current bonnet, but when i had the bonnet bulge there was a few mm of filler where the bulge was welded in and the filler would crack every 6 months or so just above the turbo...

I'm getting a turbo beanie and heat wrapping the dump pipe . Probably need to protect the cruise and accelerator cable too .

spaced out the leads over the rocker cover away from the turbo and got sleeves.
heres the finished dump pipe. its a bit rough , was done with a stick welder, intercooler pipes will be tig welded and powder coated most likely
