Getting it tuned this saturday
You guys reckon it will get the tune done with stock t5 and 2000km old standard clutch on 10 psi ?

hard to say, depends on what power and torque it makes at 10 psi.
mine fried the std h/d clutch around 230rwkw@ 7 psi.. |

But is there enough load on a dyno to blow it ?

the clutch? yes, its pretty damn close to the real on road load, as the dyno runs are done in 4th the gearbox will be fine just the clutch is the unknown..
if the clutch cant hold the power it wont explode or anything, it will just slip, get hot and start to smoke/cook. |

I booked the tune in for Saturday . Really nervous that something will go wrong . Dunno why . Didn't expect to have my car turbo this soon . Can only wait and see.

Waste gate had. 2 springs which made it a 24 psi spring .
Took the big one out and its now 12 psi . Cars all ready for tomorrow , just gotta fill it up with premium and set the boost settings . And put in the battery as its on charge .

I didn't think it was gonna go well , it was pretty bad real lumpy lots of smoke.
He said Injectors were too big to trim down but found a way to over ride it and trimmed them down from 16% to 45%. Then oil came outta the dip stick from all the fuel running down the bores , turning clean oil to black . Fixed all that up but then idle was hunting bad . Got it on the rollers and more oil comes out . Realised PVC must be restricting rocker Cover, so removed it . Then tuner lost the tune trying to load a au xr6 base map . So now I'm gonna remove 2 bar map sensor because its not working with the interceptor . Going back the tomorrow should have it all sorted

piss the pvc valve off ,run both the ports to a catch can with the biggest hose you can fit , -8 -10

I've got it to a catch can , once pcv is gone it will breath much better . Sorting all those issues out tomorrow . Then can finish the tune through the week .

have you got the catch venting to atmosphere or is it.plumbed back into the front of the turbo
