Personally I wouldn't mind 18"s . 19"s the ride is a bit harsh. Although I've heard 18"s dont make much difference .

I could of got 20" dark agents but 19"s are bad enough with bumps n s**t .

What springs u got in the rear ??

i bought the car and it had pedders allround front has sports ryders and rear i wouldnt have a clue what they are.but for some reason the front and rear are same sort of springs sorta like super lows but a*** end sticks up so i want to go lower,i was just looking at the car now and the 18's look alright i just want to lower the a*** end first then ill see what im going to do...

When I got my car it had chopped super lows lol

I want my car lower but it has ssl already . It's the shocks keeping it up . Probably a good thing as my ride is alot better than before

I don't think lower profiles will help. The body needs to come down . Not the whole car.

o yeah yeah your right, well i guess if you were really desperate to go lower you could always go back to the other rear shocks but id rather it look alright with a mad ride then look good and feel bumpy :P probably look into the pedders sports ryder shocks in future.

lmaooooo well you wont really notice alot of a difference untill you change the front ones.should notice less body roll into corners.

yea i thought so lol
the rear is alot stiffer, but i still feel bumps, ahwell cant stop that, unless i got 16" wheels.
now that my head gasket is leaking ill have to change that aswell as front shocks

yeah while your at the head gasket you could do some head work and deffinatly replace the head gasket with an au one, definatly last you longer;) but you should find the shocks will make a big difference.have you already got shocks or.....?

Cheers :) thanks mate.
Don't think I've seen your el yet? You got a build thread.

I'm going to QLD next week for a holiday so front shocks and head gasket will be done after I get back.

Still deciding whether I should drop in the 1521a I have . I also have heavier valve springs which I'll install .
And I think I have a snapped chain guide so may as well replace timing guides and chain .
I'll take plenty of photos .

Main reason I'm holding back on the 1521a is I don't have a j3 chip. for some reason my car don't like j3's . I do have a haltech e6x which I'll try to install and try and road tune it myself.
