Yeah dad worked it out, if we were to get the 55w ones, The hid's work at normal all the time or something but the car is only capable of 55 so you wont get the full affect of the lights and would be useless.
So the 35w HID's will be the go! Unless you want to re-wire your car with thicker wire..

Do you think your 35w HID are brighter then the standard ones in there?

Yes the HIDs are way brighter than halogen globes .

You'll be happy with 5000k-6000k very white .

I've never had halogen globes in my xr6 but in my ef they were s**t couldn't see anything .

HIDs are a great improvement .

Befor these HIDand 5000 normal globes i used to just put a bigger wattage globe, instead of 50/100watts i was reccomended 90/100watts, so i'd assume 75watts should be fine for the normal wires, What is the standard wattage globe on these cars anyhow?

Al

Got the insurance quote for damage $2500.
I only have to pay $500 excess .
I'll be putting the Ricky kit on my self . They want $700 to spray and fit it. And fix up a few dings etc.

Probably spray it myself or get someone to then fit it.

Putting front shocks in tomorrow . It better not rain :(

Yea I went to bears auto hospital . If you've heard of them . Lucky insurance is paying for it . They can get f**k I'm not paying that much .

I guess their not the average panel beater hence the expensive prices.

Atleast it will get done properly . Shouldn't be too expensive to spray the ticky kit. I've got everything but paint and sandpaper but the weather is always s**t so id never get a chance to do it.

nar i havnt heard of them before.do they have a workshop in melbourne? well if you want to do it your self it shouldnt be that hard i mean you just need to sand it back make sure its smooth, under coat then sand back again then spray.you could even get it dine around summer time.

The coolant tank I got has cracks all over it. so I've asked for a refund and I'll get a genuine one.

Shattered to hear about the over flow bottle man. I guess I'll be going genuine when the time and cash comes. What about the ba/bf overflow? Would that fit in the el engine bay? Cos they look pretty good.

Why dont you make a paypal account your self ? You only need a email account and a bank account . I use netbank. I have a debit card linked and it gets taken directly from my account .
Not sure if a ba one will fit ? I'll have to look into it .au will fit .

Maybe you could help me with a problem I have with my lap top.
I connect to my wifi then it disconnects like 20 mins later . If I reset modem and laptop it will connect then disconnects later .

It finds the wifi but won't connect? Are my settings wrong or something ?
Laptop is a HP pavilion .It's only a few months old
