That console looks pretty schmicko...Plywood i think from some previous pics?? I need to do something similar in my Maverick. God i hate plastic dash parts........ :evil:

You will have to come up to Sydney to run the motor in....lol

Thanks for the praise, yeh I made it from 6mm MDF and fibreglass, I put lots of 4.5-5mm slits along the width of the wood close together so I could make the curves, then used glass on the back to get the strength back, after making the basic frame, just did the final shaping by sanding and bog. Not to bad a process just time consuming. The Jarrah part I routered and die grinded out of a solid chunk, billet I guess I'd guess you'd call it:) Heres a pick while I was making it up

I've finally finished off that Jarrah gauge panel, still got to make one for the hole bellow, but it's just to damn hot in the garage!!!
