more progress in the last 2 days
stripped all wiring from engine bay and and in the process of fitting it under the skirts , mounted the radiator and trans cooler , PS , AC lines and working out the placement for the Gas converter ( placing it were the washer bottle was ) then hopefully remove gas tank from LTD and remove fuel tank and floor/spare wheel well from the EL as im not needing either of them , Frankieh i havent them pictures yet but i do have them , and also have sorced out a ignition system for it too

removed a few things from the bay , now just working out where to lay the harness out as its not going back into the bay . battery tray and coolant res are going to be removed / relocated ;P
trying to have an uncluttered bay got a spare harness from a BA so i can mod/extend the harness where need'd .

Finally got all the gas system out of the LTD ,
and placed gas tank in the EL , LTD is not far from going byebye's

Progress Report :
got a good start this morning , Jase was here helping me removed Fuel tank, installed gas tank , fill line , service line , mounted converter and hooked up all relavent hoses's, mitch-match'd 6cyl & 8cyl harness and part wired up the motor, wired up gas system, and as of about 1 hour or so ago this happened http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jBT0zvyW3Wg http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2fcCj-1_eX4

Engine sounds mint, nice.
Will be interested to see in detail whats involved with the IRS, haven't seen it done much. |

Both of those issues can be solved with a DIY J3 chip. And as JAsE asked you on the phone last night, will the 4L EECV cope with running the BTR 95LE as well? It should (if the pin outs are the same), because the shift points are taken from road speed, and load is taken from the TPS.

lol funny you say that Sam , jase is here and we got 3 books open on the Trans sections on the ED 5L Auto harness and EL 6cyl auto harness and things are looking promising atm

ok . the 6cly auto harness is plugged in , Inhibitor switch works , speedO works , thermos are off now ,
and i have what feels like 2 forward gears and Reverse
