just a little fiddle with the rims this morning
a before and after of the damaged rims i had , and yes they where the rims off the grey EL .
still need to rub it back and again with 2000/ultra fine and rebuff/polish and then get some
2k clear put back on to seal them up from the weather and mutt piss :P

this is what the polished rim looked like before , ash i used 120grit paper and a air orbital sander .

thats why i brought damaged / gutter scraped rims cheap , you get 2 options ,
1- Polish them up
2- repair them with bog and paint them

LOL well after the 2nd AU series 1 control arm failure , i have finally got around to it and Fitted up a BA Front End . Uppers , stubs - rotors - calipers , lowers and sway bar .
Feels like it handles better and it seems to stop better aswell :) so all happy here ..
