Haha no probs man! Yeah I can see some things that stand out there - sports tuned suspension, Limited slip diff, side curtain airbag and a build day of 23/07 :D

Awesome stuff having an ex cop car!

Yeah saved me a few $$$, what would sports tunes suspension mean? better handling for corners?

Haha indeed! I believe sports tuned suspension would mean better handling for corners than stock suspension, but not as good as having some sort of sports modification setup

Very true, I remember having so much body roll when I was on stock springs :/
But yeah fair enough, take your time, I recommend buying springs and shocks at the same time

Why spend all that money on a growler when it functions and sounds EXACTLY the same as a $200 ebay intake?
Unless of course you want it for the holes that let you see the pod :P
But if function is what you want you can save yourself like $400 dollars

BA/BF XR6T Injectors are the same as NA injectors 29lb, the Fuel reg is the difference. NA is 2.7 Bar, XR6T is 4 bar.

Well currently I'm still low on money, but I want to do an intake modification ( not sure about the laws though as I'm a P plater), slotted rotors, extractors (just a few things atm haha)

Also would love to get her professionally cut and polished.

All good drew :)

http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/350494826082?ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1439.l2649

the one I bought. Haven't put it in yet, but it seems to be all good fitting and function wise.
At the end of the day it is exactly the same as a $600 one... It's more the filter than the air box itself that will help airflow and keep any crap from getting into your engine :P

My air system was just a big mouth snorkel for $20, plus some BA good flowing intake pipe for $15 and poly pipe for $0..... underbonnet she doesn't look real spectacular but it looks stock and isn't a show car.
Obviously the k&n filter was still $72.... but I saved myself $100s by just trawling ebay for a week or two.

Air systems and extractors are legal for P players. Don't let it worry you.... (unless different in VIC?).
I'll probably even do my cam. Technically its an "engine modification that enhances performance" but how they gonna know? Unless its mega lumpy and the copper knows about cars.

In saying that, us ford drivers are generally pretty sensible. Cops shouldn't worry you :)
