       Oh and a rather lame little skid I got forced to do  2 Wheels (18"s) harder to spin than I thought.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GiLlDKd9ZuQ Cleaned car today, cut/polished the boot (needs another yet) after the full repaint after welding the spoiler holes up. Almost happy with the car now. Would still swap for a avg XW, XY though... |

 That place where the skid took place looks very very familiar... Is that the indoor kart's car park?

Wow, that's not cool!!! What brand were the wheels? I hate to say it but aftermarket wheels just aren't worth the hassle these days. You only have to pick up a good quality alloy such as a ROH 17" and compare the weight to Chinese 17" alloy wheel to know how bad they actually are.
I heard rumors awhile ago that the LTSA wants to have a crackdown on aftermarket wheels that don't meet ADR or NZSS; unfortunately i think you just experienced first hand exactly why. |
