With building 2 cars it stops me being bored. I have 2 sheds one with my panelvan in it but the old lady works shift work and sleeps during the day and that shed being near her window means I cant make noise.

The other shed at the other end of the house I just put the au in and tinker away.

due to the old lady doing shift work the morning was spent in the front shed working on the au, it got a good service

its nice to have a little company in the shed at times

well the arvo was spent working in the panelvan in the back shed, cleaning up the leaf springs and painting them in 3M chassis black. will be doing this to the front over the next week or so, buying new springs for and shocks for the front also, then dropping the chassis off the body to paint the chassis and under side of the body.

put the rear sway bar in today, made a huge difference cant feel the back end move around any more.

also braced up the mounts so they dont crack. the nex sway bar is 1mm thinner then stock but weighs 3 times as much due to being solid and not hollow.

when the weather clears i shall take it for a spin up in the hills and test how it goes.

very impressed with the outcome.

Found the knocking noise late last night just before I left for the pub, its the sway bar link ball joints, its odd was making the noise before the new bars, just a lot worse now. when I can drive again (sober check says 0.02) ill go get some new links and all should be good again I hope

Not a whole lot has happened on the falcon lately as I just moved out of home 2 weeks ago.

I did manage to buy a high energy sump for my panelvan at the ballarat swapmeet

Well turning 21 shortly and wanting a new car i decided to buy a VE SSV ute a very nice car, full exhaust, cold air intake and retune making 250.5rwkw

the AU is being reverted back to stock and passed onto my brothers girlfriend.

most aftermarket parts are going to be forsale.
