That is a nice and neat boot set up. False floor is cool :D got one as well but not as large as yours.

I'm hoping to redo my boot set up to relocate my amps...you have given me some ideas :D...now just to get off my a**.

phong =P~

thanks man
ive still got a bit of touchup to do inc painting the screws black. there was a lot of work in it though.

ive got the rear parcel shelf speakers out and those 69s actually give more than enough rear fill but also makes for good sound when the boots open :D

well i cant give you just the results of the intake because the intake and ba filter box went on at the same time they got about 30kms per tank extra :shock: :shock: :shock: :shock:
i know people will critisize this but it did make a bit of difference in throttle pickup at highway speeds.

my plan was to extend it down and cut the top grilllish piece off and have that area as the intake thus ramming the air in more but im a little worried that itll cause overheating problems in hot weather

ive acutally got the intake painted not so ill have to take a pic

i was reading somewhere on this forum that a few people with idle problems found their intake manifold bolts to only be hand tight and to my horror when i checked mein they were just as bad got them done up over half a turn :shock: :shock: :shock: :shock: :shock: :shock: :shock: :shock: :shock: :shock: :shock: :shock:

Wierd i think the ecu mustve taken a couple of weeks to adjust to the extractors as now i have driven 410km on this tank and it says 380km to go thats half highway :shock: :shock:

THE GAUGe IS ABOVE HALF WTF
i have never gotten fuel economy this good normaly around 600km

im thinking maybe my fuel gauge senders fukd

It does take some time for the ECU to learn, if anything it should over fuel initially, at least that has been my experience when putting extractors on e series.
My Last Work hack EA - before extractors got 380ish k city driving no highway, put on a set of cheapo motivator extractors was getting around 430k per tank (Full to low fuel light on).

I'd just Put 5 litres of petrol in a jerry can in your boot, and keep driving
or
go fill it up at the Petrol Station and by the amount of fuel you got in divide by the K's you drove * 100 to get your fuel economy.
