Thank's Jose,
I thought that would be the case. i have been busy removing every possible clip, screw, nut, or whatever that may be a useful spare. i will ring the car removal guy later and see when he can come get it.

probably not at all. i made it half an hour across town with only my rego written on the back of it (not reg'd yet) without getting pulled over.

the thing is at 540KG you can only just feel it push the car a bit under brakes, at a guess i could load it up to about 800KG before things got scary.

strength shouldnt be a problem, i went a bit nutso welding it all together so with brakes it could easily carry 500KG or more (springs would need to be stiffer though)

You will want electric breaks on this trailer because it wont take long to ware out the breaks on the car whith that kind of weight behind you, i would also recomend if you where going to put 800kg in it to put a trans cooler on the car to increase towing compasity
