i got a second dual diapraghm booster. $75 including postage. the no a/c bracket was $75 also. same guy. so they are on there way from Melbourne

mine went straight in just had to slightly re-shape the brake lines to suit but definitely a noticeable difference but do get it reconditioned as they are 18-20years old

FINALLY! Warm weather. So i've become massively motivated. Got a list of parts to order/ go to wreckers for. The AU motor has been stripped of it's manifold and coil pack gear.
Dropping a dizzy in this week. Bolting on new water pump, gaskets etc and pulling the old block out and dropping the AU motor in this week

And hand cut the engine bay. Get rid of 20 years of grime

tomorrow night i hope to drop the motor in and bolt the auto, starter motor and manifold back up. anymore will be a bonus lol. Gotta go to the wreckers and pick up a EL radiator and thermos

Are your future plans cooking inside a car in the summer heat?

Should just move the bottle to under the guard. Your project car shouldn't be less comfortable than your daily. It's supposed to be better.

since when? It's been removed because 1. the piping is all untidy and 2. oh well.
4 windows down will be it's A/C. i rarely use it in the EB anyway. The distance i travel in Bendigo usually isn't really far enough for the A/C to cool the car down properly

im assuming future plans are turbo (going by facebook chats) in which case if you run a 400 wide cooler you can easily fit EF/EL aircon lines which will suit the serp belt and still have room for everything and give you aircon

f**k f**k.

Where did I bag anything? It was constructive criticism at worst.

Do you also think strangers you see on the street are talking about you behind your back?

i hardly use my air con but i like the idea of having it when im stuck in traffic after work, if its just a project car you wont use often and its just going to be a weekend toy if theres a reason for removing it who cares really
