I guess after you've done these fiddly you'll be able to get the paint on quicker.

hopefully the guns are good to go when i go to spray next and i can just get it done.

Don't know if this is old school or relevant but I know my dad always runs the paint through stockings (acts as a filter) as he is loading it into the spray gun. Good luck with it progressing well.

never heard of doing that before. could be worth a try.

ive got 2 little repairs on the rear 1/4 then im going to hang the doors and spray it the rest can be done in the shed.

no i dont and LOL smart a** :lol:

quick update its been raining on and off today :evil: but i got the doors and boot back on and also got the battery charged up and started it for the first time in a few weeks :oops: started first shot there was a light concern with smart lock to begin with the light would flash a few times stop flash a few more times then stay on (while car was running) i left the car running for a while and the light seems to be staying off now.

im hoping to paint it over the weekend but if its raining i will paint all the parts in the shed then do the car during next week.

IMO the rounded look of the ef el handles don't go with the box car. A lot of people on here love it though!
