Looks like it will clean up nicely.

Don't stress about the rust, its over 15 years old!

It will either die, get smashed or you will sell it before it succumbs to rust.

Sills are easy anyway, it doesn't have to be pretty. :D

it looks better then it did after a quick wash.

it is the most rust ive seen in a e series tho  not stressing aslong as it stays where it is :P

should hang onto it for a while kinda getting sick of changing cars, plus this is the first car ive ever owned where im not tempted to stand on the throttle all the time :P

yea i was thinking of just treating the rust and getting some lips for the bumpers and skirts? i see the website ssv have them.

They look nice with the lip kit. Just keep the factory bootlip too. :D

Different cars certainly provoke different driving styles. With my 5.0 i was standing on it constantly to hear the noise and feel it launch. With the XR6 I don't because it sounds like crap :( Still goes good though :D

Going to go with the BBM/Thermos/EL ECU/Usual s**t?

yea i really like the bootlip its not going anywhere :D

i found i was thrashing the xg a fair bit as it sounded really good for a 6, this has a hole in the rear muffler and just has a nice note to it, its not very loud.

yea once im happy with how it looks i will start gathering bits for the bbm and thermos etc.

its to something on the passenger side as the wiring it has is very short.

ill have to look tomorrow but i dont think it will be long enough to go past the throttle body to reach the power steering rack, and everything seems to be working.

Needs a fat 45 degree dump tip. They look so good on boxcars!

I reckon do that and lower it and its pretty much spot on!
