well today i swapped my XG ute for this a 1993 ford ed XR6.

Its had a little tap in the front nothing major at all after i pay rego next month im going to grab another bonnet then save some money and get the grill repaired and bonnet/grill sprayed by a pro. Also considering getting the grey side molds colour coded not 100% sure yet.

i have crap pics for now but i will upload better ones tomorrow after a wash, also i will be putting on my hot wires for a short while as it needs tyres i will get tyres once ive had the front fixed up. Im very happy with the car its very smooth to drive and it goes pretty hard for a complete stocker.

only day time pic i got.

gave the xr its first wash today looks good all cleaned up....but i found rust quite abit of it to :( rear drivers side wheel arch i already new about, drivers side sill isnt to bad, drivers side door jam, passenger side door near the window rubber, passenger side sill has a few nasty spots. I think thats all i have found so far. Anyway tommorow i am picking up another bonnet the same colour (bit faded) but with a polish it should come up looking ok. I am now tossing up the idea of getting a another shell later on and swapping all the XR stuff over.

Sucks when there rusty. Fish oil all the rust you can see if you won't be repairing it soon to slow it down.
And check in the boot. Work the rubber seal back and forth, if its rusty you'll hear it cracking. And check in the fuel door and in the engine bay near the shock towers and fire wall.
Also might be an idea to pull off the c pillar covers and check under them too...

itll have the seats, standard in XRs i believe, but the momos were only standard in the EB XR series, became optional in ED
