Yeah man its coming along- I still have a fair way to go with where i want it to be at tho. Took some pics out the front of work today with it being on a slope it looks lower than it actually is tho plus i had the building trailer on the rear too..

It is also getting the front guards rolled soon as im over the front tires scrubbing bad!

Yeah man i wood but i gotta be cautious as the misses has a huge a** pram to put in here as well- i figure the amp has less chance of being hurt internally rather than the subs being pierced and ruined. It has sick bass as it is- anymore would be too dodgy with everything rattling like its about to fall apart.

thanks- i got over the white really quick and i gave it a quick spray in black but have since painted a spare set up properly and once i have all my head unit/dvd player s**t sorted out finally i will be putting the the good set.

I got bored tonight and started spraying some faded parts on the car. I realise they will fade again i just got bored and had a crack- figured they will be resprayed when the kit goes onto it so it doesnt matter too much.

I gave them a wipe over then a few sands and then a plastic primer followed by a layer of gloss black. will give them a couple more coats during the day tomorrow as i finish up more internal gear with dvd screens etc.

Good work, its nice to see somebody doing tidy work on a wagon and not just turning it into an abortion. Most people who get wagons seem to do that.

I reckon if you give that intake pipe, the rocker cover and the belt cover a squirt with some black paint it will look real nice under there. It helps that the GLI's don't have the insulation on the firewall, makes it look much cleaner.

Hows the cam feel?

Yeah after i posted the pic i thought that it could look way better being all black.

The cam feels good- i have noticed some difference as today it had the pod filter as well as the cam installed. I just dont wanna flog it as the temp gauge said it was on the l of the normal but when i stopped the car it was pretty fukin hot. Hopefully the new radiator and all new hoses will fix that problem tho.

Just realised theres no pics of the current dash and dvd screen on here so heres some pics including the Blue Clock and Cluster as well as the screen underneath the head unit.

The Pioneer DVD Headunit going in is also blue colored so should look pretty sweet when all finished.
