well not much is happening with the BF so ill share my brothers EF with u.

the car was bought by my dads work back in 1996 as his work car and he then bought it off them in 2001 when he got his new commodore (we bought that 1 aswell) when my dad got his new company car in 03 ( a BA fairmont). My mum got the commodore and there was no use for the EF anymore. so my brother being 15 at the time they decided to park it up until he got his L's.

many flat batterys and dust later. we begin.

stock as a rock. washed once a month and never been polished for 10 years.

Image

then came a new set of tyres and a set of $15 hubcaps and 5 hours of polishing washing and scrubbing plastics

Image

next was the new headunit and gas boot stuts (supplied ty TwistedEL thanx) installed by my uncle my bro and myself with help from a few members of the forum.

Image

next came the subs bought off a mate for $200 after he wrote his car off. we had a fun night pulling the car apart and with alot of help from a forum member im sorry your name has just gone out of my head (burgandy EL)
and finally had sucess

Image

Image

and finally.. new seat covers and a really good clean up. also noticable is the damage from some1 hitting the car and driving off

that is one very neat and tidy falcon.. and of course with a rim and suspension modification it would look even better... well done

another update. everything is finally painted and ready to go in.

need to get another can of paint and do the radio surround when we pull it out of the car. also the rear demister switch

i was set back an hour or so today when my sister decided to shake out dusty towels directly over the drying paint. all was salvaged and is now stored on my brothers floor

-dash fasica
-falcon plate
-right airvent setup
-middle vent setup
-selector surround

will get some pics up. but as said cant strip the car off till sunday.

yer. i had a look at our painted dash fasica tonite.. 1 clip is there. the others just have the holes. so i can pull that off the old face. other then that it doesnt look to damaged to go into the car. will see on sunday i guess :D.

were using the colour satin black. its not to in your face and goes with the grey a bit better

we've already declared if nothing else atleast that hiddeous butchered T bar surround and filthy tbar is gone.

i didnt even request a Tbar and when it arrived with the parts i though the hell with it. cleaned it pulled the button out and just went nuts with the rattle can. i put the EF black button back in off the current 1 as the EL is grey

going very slow at the moment. the big dash fascia and the plastic that goes on the console around the T bar plate are the only 2 taht remain unfitted. im going to see if i can fit the T bar 1 without removing the upper fascia it looks like if i remove the tbar and tbar plate i can pull that up from bottom and slide it out
