After much thought I have decided against going down the 20's route....well it was more the fact that these 15" Crager Super Spokes came up on Trademe and I won the auction at $34!
They aren't pretty but I like them. I also found some Monneyes stickers at a swapmeet today to cover up the AllBlacks logo (Not a rugby fan at all).

Spent some of last evening and this morning de-rusting the Cragers and painting them with the Anodized basecoat I had sitting here. It is Silver with heaps of flake (Y) This also gives me the option of painting anodized purple etc later.

Also put centre caps on too.

The last month or so has been good as far as the Falcon evolving goes.

My mate of mine did a photoshoot and a blog entry seen here http://bwarp.net.nz/?p=443
Pics turned out great!

Since then I have painted the centres of the wheels black and added crager centre caps

Inspiration is drawn form this http://www.speedhunters.com/2012/10/rus ... t-wagovan/ I love most of the quirky touches this little wagon has (I had a quick little shuttle before my EL)

Looks heaps better without the spoiler, can't beat the smooth look of the EF/EL shape with no kit and spoiler 8-)

Regarding the dual-air intake pod from EF you first put on:

I noticed you missed the central I pillar bolt (the one connecting the pod to the engine) was this just because u didn't pull the extra spacer bits from the wreckers first time around, or was there some reason it didn't actually fit or bolt together properly?

* I personally like the dual air intake design and would use it regardless of EF/EL and also noticed that BF falcons returned to a dual air intake design.

Have found a replacement rear door and am looking for a front door then will get them painted. Looking at taking her for a play next month at a local annual 1/8th mile street drag event. Should be a bit of a laugh.

Another one that was owned by the person I got it from for a very long time, needs some loving but it is a nice upgrade from my Futura and having those extra 2 cylinders makes for a nice soundtrack.
