Looks like it is running very well above idle.
Sounds great.

Yea I know, lol. It was either high idle or no idle at the time, I've sent my J3 to get retuned and it should be back within the next couple of days.

Yea it goes pretty well, this is without the J3 though. I'll see if I can get my dad to get a drive by video, then everyone will be able to hear its true awesomeness ;D

Haha, I'm not really a fan of this auto box.. plus I like to drive with full control. Makes you feel like you're actually driving.

It sounds like it has a bit of poke now! Inspiring me to hurry up and put a fresh donk in mine.

I loved how willing this engine was to rev out, and it didn't sound like you were trying to kill it.

I think I've found out why the idle is quite bad, I've noticed my voltage is never 14, ever. I watched that video again and noticed the voltage was dropping as it was revving, which is the opposite of what is meant to happen. After talking to REW93N, it turns out my alternator is probably cactus. It is putting too much load on the engine at idle causing it to drop in rpm or stall. Last night the voltage was sitting at about 11.8...

So it's time for a new alt.

Check your ground straps too. (batt-chassis, engine-chassis)

I think i'll be putting a resonator in, the idle doesn't sound right to me.

Nice man!
It kinda sounds a bit like a 250 crossflow, almost old school 6.

If you get a resonator, you'll have a nice deep civilised idle but might get a bit raspy throughout the revs. Well thats what my system does, even after carboning up.
