Yes, with some mods.

One way to do it is to use a complete column including the steering rack.

Another way is to pull only the top of the EB column out. Halfway down the column, under the dash, where the slip join is for the rake adjustment, is pin or clip. I have done this on an EL column, and all you do is remove the spring clip and then you can remove the top half of the column. Another member has said they then did the same with an ED column, and then placed an EF column top on the ED column bottom.

Now, WHY?
