{USERNAME} wrote: Sorry the post is a bit old...lol The 19" rims will not be an issue. In the ACT and here in QLD, you can change your wheel size above the two inches allowed; however, must not change the overall aspect of the wheel. There is some formula the RTA/D.o.T uses that as long as the overall dimensions remain the same - you are good to go. For instance, I have 17's on my EBXR8. As they came out with 15's I am good to go. However if I then put say 235/40/17's on it instead of the required 235/45/17's, my tyre would be in fact undersized as the aspect ratio will alter the overall size of the wheel. I could be pinged by Plod and his minions for having altered wheels. Dont sweat the dissenters on here - they have small pee-pees and all that matters is you enjoy your vehicle - not them! Good work - keep it up Nah that's alright, I'm over that kind of stuff anyways. So many law's, cant do s**t any more or go anywhere with out getting a defect. Thanks mate, so far so good I'm happy with what I've done so far

Man I was thinking of even cutting another coil out of the ultra lows. I don't hit any gutters or anything.

Okay guys, for a long time I've wanted to re trim the interior. I want that stock sporty with a bit of class factory look so I was thinking of the following:
- EL Fairmont Ghia door trims Front: Bottom half for courtesy light Rear: Whole door trim (no wood grain) This means the rear windows will be converted to electric. - New carpet including on the door trims. - Door trim material in grey leather what will be crinkled or what ever you want to call it. - Standard seats re trimmed in leather. - Custom Tickford floor mats off eBay. Feel free to suggest anything In the next week I will be calling the following for quotes: - C & N trimming in Sunshine - Autoimage in Thomastown Any other trimmers recommended?

I cbf mix and matching plus I want to keep the XR seats at the front rather than fairmont ones. I'm not a fan of the wood grain, if it were an GLi or fairmont then yes but not on the XR. No worries man I'll PM you when I get a price
