Basically the extended bit gets welded over the hole where they are going to mount the second o2 sensor when they install the high flow cat, then it screws in

You have one sensor located on the extractors and the second o2 seonsor is located after the cat converter, the seond one is for the light which comes on the dash telling you that its not euro emmisiom compliant and the first one is for the air/fuel mixture

Thanks mate the guys I took it to wanted to charge me 800 to tune the car just to turn the light off not try and gain more power IDE rather save up for my turbo rebuild

Hey mate I am going to buy a code reader so I can just turn the light off from home if it comes on anyway but was just hoping to avoid the light only reason I was gonna get the headers was to help on some power gain or is it just a waste of money?

I didnt think you could use the code reader to disable it i thought it was only a tuner who could disable it using a flash tuner

Does any one have a rough idea on how much power IDE gain by doing my exhaust and then getting it flash tuned? IDE like to see around 180-200 at the wheels

Depends. If you've got the Growler and a full exhaust system tuned, you should have 180-190rwkw tuned.

That would do me great enough to blow every other xr6 into the Mirors around town
