I'd say only bye bye warranty on suspension components.

Looking very nice Tocchi. When does it get the new shoes?

the 16" stockies didnt fit over front rotors. :(

LOL f**k ITS STARTED!!!! .... ive got on hold, a front brake package upgrade. 4 pot Brembo kit (rotors, lines, calipers, etc) from a FG FPV.

oh well, i always was demanding Ford let me option Brembos, but they didnt let me... so ill let this mod slide !

and ive ordered my Simmons FR19 today
19x8.5 front, 19x9.5" rear
metallic black centre

long story short, i rang Tech9 last Thursday... they said Simmons had manufacturing issues at the present moment, and that my FR19s would still be a few weeks away... so i needed non stock rims for the All Ford Day Cruise on sunday (just past)... so i bought these 20s the next day (last friday) for the weekend. :)

just realised it looks like a f**k VE now haha

Image

for the record, the 20s (245/35/R20) didnt even scrape/rub etc on the car... which suprised me :D
and ive already sold the rims. as i said, bought them just for weekend

Image

and i impulse bought some Brembos yesterday (ummm not the ones i was buying, they still havent arrived yet, which im still getting for EF i guess now)

BUT just the fronts... turns out the rears on FPV Brembo (4pot option package) are just single piston PBR caliper
which i already have on the XR8.
fail FPV fail!

Could have told you that :P
They did the same on the BFs!!
Darren/FTG has got a rear brembo upgrade advertised on here, I dunno what caliper they are though, or whether they fit FG?
I figure single piston rear caliper means easier standstills
