what have you done. lol killing my car. i left it clean and simple. ahaha um yeah go a ba intake with a au xr snorkle and ef box :) paint rocker cover a nice colour. 330mm upgrade will be about 1500 but u will need au-ba offset then. i already looked into it all. same with fairmont dash conversion.

yes or no for tinted tailights?..just done a quick dodgey job using paint on the computer. i like it tinted

Id say tint them but not too dark, and just tint the red part of the lense. Dont tint the clear area of the lense for the indicators though. If you are gonna tint the tail lights, id also tint the side indicators/repeaters

im not a big fan of tinting, but if you do it the way kwikxr has explained, that would look ok.

im not going to tint anywhere near that darkness...its just that im doing a quick job on paint because to lazy to use photoshop

Yep spot on, there the ones by the front wheel arches. And yep thats what i meant by tinting the red part only, i dunno, to me tinting the clear part where the indicator is would look a bit too overboard if you get what i mean :)

That's what me and a mate done to ours, only needed one coat for mine as I didn't want it to be ridiculously dark.

tinting tailights this weekend hopefully...all depends if i get the roadyworthy this week or not.
going to tint the side repeaters to see how they look...depending on how they look i might get the clear ones.
might also attack the power steering cover properly this time.

should be getting my blue leds tomorrow or next day,
i tryed to wet/dry sand my headlights as i got took by many people..it seemed to make it worse, i got the smoothest sandpaper they had from autobarn, ah well.
heres some pics i took which i thought were a nice bit of photography even on my n95 :p

got blue leds today, dash is off and cluster is out thanks to guidance by linc (lil_lincoln)
had to leave as im away for the weekend so car is sitting at home with the dash out and cluster on the drivers seat...all because i couldnt get those piece of crap globes out of the globe holder, ill stick some pliers to em when i get home and see how they like that :twisted:
then ill post up pics. will be done monday night. in the meantime im going motorbike riding for weekend and fixing car with dad.

after a couple hours messing around i finally got the main globes in and setup. havnt got the fuel and temp as i wrecked the globe holders with all the switching and forcing..so that why the fuel n temp arnt very well lit. ill fix that in the next couple days..

im going to change the odometer and the trip computer. either blue or i seen some blue/violet ones on ebay which would give a nice little change i think..but not sure.
