Me personally i'd roll the guards rather than replacing springs

im just swapping springs think its going superlow at the front instead of super super low.

just got my car back from the shop, found out why tyres where scrubbing it was running on ultralows lol just got the front swings swapped so now its running ultra lows on the rear and superlows on the front.

Looks like the perfect height for an e-series :D

Super super low's are equal to ultra lows if you didn't already know that :wink:


EDIT: oh and them rims look great, same set as I was thinking of getting lol

thanks man you have yourself a very nice mont their. i think it sits perfect now to :) i originally wanted the gtp rims but would have had to wait to long and didnt want to get 19's so got the cobras.. i think i made the right choice cant believe how much they suit the e series.. :P

hey mate very nice fairmont ... should be able to sort out a fordmods sticker... love the rims... i have the same but with the white insides, feel free to check out my gallery my old ef had a few little interior mods...

i was thinking about getting the white wheels but couldnt get them in 18's,

would it be cheaper to buy a new bootlid with out a spoiler or get a panal repair place to take the spoiler off?

throw up a thing in the forsale section... laura got her ba spoiler free by swapping boots with a bloke that had a xr... so just post up " Free (swap) White EF-EL Boot Spoiler Melb/Gippsland
and hopfully someone will want one... then you dont have to get resprayed/ fill in holes... etc... but dont give up you boot garnish (would you have to swap with another fairmont as you have the garnish and a gli doesnt? or can it be easily removed...

Should be easy enough to find another bootlid. I'm assuming the car is dynamic white, code H. You want to know for sure before doing anything.
