They look like my Genies.. only someone cut the 3 inch flange off the bottom.

love my Genies... they are interference rather than tuned length.. so they give a wider power range but with a lower peak... (so I've read, and seems to be the case with mine) Since I prefer grunt to peak power.. thats fine with me. You'll love em....

Very clean, hope you are garaging it?

A btr isn't too hard to install if you collect the right bits and dont want a manual.

All the best with your recovery.

yes,,the 3 speed auto usually has 2.77 diff ratio..
you can fit a eb or ed 3.23 or 3.45 diff with a small mod to the lower control arm bushes and either a tailshaft swap or pinion flange swap..

hmmm a 3.08 sounds nice from a EF/EL but that includes a mod to the hand brake cable correct ?

ahh at least ive got some light down the end of the tunnel , i might drive this diff into the ground should let go after anther 100K -150K km i just cant see any sense in it as of yet since mines silent etc

I've got an ED V8 4 pinion 3.27 (may have been 3.23) LSD here. Done 123000kms, includes handbrake cable (not that you need it), alloy tailshaft and all the control arms etc. Still has the discs etc too. Perfect upgrade for yours.

All you need to do is swap a few bushes around. Would wake the old girl up a bit.

I was going to fit it to my XF but sold it.

Cheap if you want it, just PM me.
