have just sent slo247 a pm about the diff

i just dont know if its worth it , i barley go above 3K rpm and the car im most likely giving to my little brother since i cant drive to much fear to plus no license due to medical so shes just a garden ordainment

but im really thinking of some BF/BA XR interior and i will get it even if it means buying a BF wreck mark my words living on compo is the dream....

ive bought half a dozen cans of plastic primer im considering color codding the bumpers but i got no confidence painting even though i did it for a living

( dam i wish i mixed up colors for people on this forum id be a Australian icon i was in charge of the mixing and spraying polyester)

Your 21 and thats why you just cant leave it alone. We have all been there before. I say, do it now while you can because when the mrs and kids come your balls will be no longer yours and neither will be your money.

I say, paint the lower half of the car between the wheels grey to match the bumpers and have it two tone.

Cheers

Ive got a bit of water leaking into the boot i was curious i took a picture any tips on people doing the EB/ED rear end on there EA's got any tips ?

As you can see i got the full exhaust system fitted and ive still got to straighten the tip its stainless steel muffler boxes <3

Now im still waiting upon a really slack person for a set of springs and shocks found out there some kind of pedders springs rang them up and they said there only XR height but are firmer so i guess that's a bonus

Then in a few weeks ive done a deal with Benno who has been a real help for a 1636 cam shaft.

also Ive got a lot of fade on the rear garnish i tried using some meguiars plastic X today with a green pad on a rotary and did get a fair bit of black dirt of the pad and it worked a treat but i still want it shiner

does any one notice the color codded bumpers + EL door handles and colored mirrors they make the car look so much more modern in its own way

I did the EB garnish thing on my old EA ghia..

Image

looks much better than with the EA lights. I still have those clear lights in the shed somewhere. (I hoard)

You can see from the photo that the top of the garnish was sealed where it met the boot metal... no leaking at all... lots of silicon behind it too. :-)

Your car looks great.

This was my old EA... I went kind of old school with the look of mine.. dark tint.. low as hell... fat 14 inch tyres and good old polished jellybean mags.. I think it looked better than my current 18 inches would have on an EA.
