Yeah already asked them earlier this week, i had seen one on their shelf a few weeks ago but they had sold it.

Yeah i really do appreciate it guys, times like this you realise how much you value these forums and their users.

Well guys, picked up the spacer from ozrunner and fitted it up last night as well as all the wiring and plumbing etc.
Put the exhaust on this afternoon and fitted a new battery, filled her up with coolant and kicked it in the guts, and what do ya know, she fired straight up, brought the revs up to between 2500-3000 (was abit hesitant) for a few minutes then let it idle, got outta the car and had a look in the bay, and the extractors were just started to get that slight red glow at the Y pieces, so i let it keep idling, i had to bump the base idle up slightly to keep it goin. Damn is it bloody lopey/lumpy at idle and it was almost twice as loud as previously.
I let it idle until came to operating temp so thermostat opened, had a look at extractors and they stopped glowing, i then shut it off.
I didnt wanna take it for a drive coz of the fact of the glowing exhaust i gathered it may have been running very lean.
As i was starting to tidy up some of the wiring and check everything a noticed that silly bugger me hadnt connected the TPS, could this have caused the glowing exhaust by making it lean or wouldnt it have that effect. It was too late at night to fire it up again and check so i left it. Will try again tomorrow depending you guys opinions.
But after all i was very happy that it fired up and ran, and very suprised it idled, just wanna get in it and drive the bloody thing lol .
Will give Terry and Barry a visit tomorrow @ BPT if its open, if not it'll be tuesday, to try and organise a date for the TwEECer to be fitted and tuned.
I'll also be busy for a little while tomorrow fitting the new Walbro 255lph fuel pump (GSS-341) i recieved today, i gathered while im there i may aswell drain the tank and clean it out and give it some fresh Ultimate 98.

Opinions on the glowing exhaust/TPS issues are welcome guys, wanna know whats the go there .

Check timing as well.

Timing was set by Leon @ A1 when engine was re-aseembled, but still definately worth checking, thanks mate, will do.

The initial timing was set, but you'll still need to reset the base idle and recheck the timing with the engine running. From the sounds of it I'd say its a bit retarded atm.

Great work that she's up and running though Jeff, we want some vids/sound clips!

Do you think the unplugged TPS could have caused a drama?
