Hey guys,
Bit of a change in plans for the pano. I've decided to use it more as a bns rig to use when I go to my rodeos ( I'm a bull rider )

Modified a 4post VS bullbar to fit, wasn't that hard, bit of grinding and drilling lol. Installed some rallee4000s and a bug deflector and some new rims with 225/60r15 madisons.

Haha troyman sorry to dissapoint you but I have to be practical and being a country boy this is my style :) I also installed another fuel tank so I have 120 liters available, next will be roof racks, a basket and more spotties. UHF is installed and another aerial on it's way. Also got 4wd tyres coming for it which will lift it a bit

Nah I took the photos with my iPhone it's my iPod that's smashed lol. I still think it's a nice van and more practical for what I need it for.

So I've done a few more things lately,
I put some lights on the external visor, partly for wank factor and partly because the whole idea is to give yourself every opportunity to be seen when on the country roads at night.

Also a bunch more stickers - purely for wank factor lol

I also hinged up one of the sides in the back, finished off the timber part of the sub box and started on making a custom roof console to hold my 2way and a bit of storage too.

Image

Image

Started with a cardboard cutout of roof contour:

I know you guys arent real interested in the country scene but just thought id document it in case there are other people like myself out there.

Cheers

Great Van!! I guess, reading the thread from the beginning makes anyone think that it would turn into one of those vans with a crush velvet interior and what not but hey... it has a different purpose and as such, it looks great... should get a Fordmods sticker between the two fat ladies!! lol
onya!

Thanks Mar55s :)
Glad your enjoying the read up. Sure id love to have a street machine van but then what would I take out to places like Meekatharra and Wiluna and Robe River (gravel roads/s**t roads/Remote communities)? Id be scratching it all up especially between meeka and wiluna. That is 180km of pure hell driving.

So even though the outside isnt so flash, it is to save the car in harsh conditions. The inside however will be as comfortable as I can make it. It has a great sound system, dvd player, somewhere to sleep, plenty of storage and I think looks great too :)

But thanks for your kind words :)
