well i have a list of what needs to be done.

camber kit (found the kits tonight)
new front tyres (due to camber eating the insides to almost the belt, outside are 90%)
steering rack leak (just going to replace the whole rack)
remove factory tweeters and install the JBL tweeters in the factory location
fitment of EF/EL selector unit. (currently running EA bottom section, custom bar and EL handle but im having issues with it)
replace the blown dash globes
install the LED parker globes (parkers look yellow, low beams look white)
EF/EL cruise control unit from the engine bay so i can actually have cruise control again.
EF/EL console and power window switches
EF/EL handbrake system including rear brake setup
tinted windows.

oh oh oh and for my birthday in 2 weeks time my other half is getting me a set of chrome wheel arch moulds that i found second hand for 110 bucks posted :)

also soon coming is custom plates ORS-850 effectivly RS-85

well i got some progress done today, 1st up i fitted my LED parker globes i bought from ebay a while ago.
looks good however at night they seem very blue which i didnt want :(

next up i fixed all the blown globes on my cluster... i now have the little light logo for when you turn on the interior lights and i now have the car picture show up to show when a door is open. i need to fit a magnet to the fuel door and fix up the sensor on the front passenger door as when you open the passenger door it shows the drivers open aswell and the interior light wont come on with that door.

third up i tried to fix the power windows by bypassing the front switch so i can still open the rear right window, but all i ended up doing was blowing 4 fuses and completely stuffing the rear button on the front switch panel... ahh well i hope to get a new one for my birthday in 2 weeks time

coming soon to fix the headlight issue are new globes, im looking at those high brightness white ones as my current bulbs are s**t house

well for the latest update is sports 50% new rims lol

after seeing just how bad my camber/wheel alignment is i decided to fit 2 of the rims i have sitting at my parents.

over the next week or so the rear will also be changed but with the tyres on my current rear rims as the tyres on the other rims are cactus...

camber kit and wheel alignment goes in tomorrow afternoon after i knock off work.

this is the reason why...

outside 90% tread.... inside.. yes you guessed it... down to the belt... MAJOR camber issue.

well im not happy... i had my earth for the thermos itself and the thermos stopped working a few days ago but seeing as tho its been pissing down rain the temp never got too high for me to notice... so when i got home last night i heard this all mighty POP and a massive amount of steam coming out from every bit of gap possible... later examination (once it cooled the panels enough to actually open the bonnet) it turns out the thermos didnt turn on causing it to heat up big time and blew the overflow pipe from the top of the overflow bottle... thank goodness there was no damage... so i swapped relays and all in search for the problem. after solving the earth issue turned the key and the thermos kicked into life... so tomorrow im re-doing the thermo wires...

also on the short list of things to repair:
wheel alignment (camber is good now but the steering wheel is lop sided as we only adjusted one side of the steering rack to get it to drive straight)
front bushes for the sway bar as mine are almost non existent
front shocks... normally when i go over speed bumps the front drops enough to scrape the exhaust but today i went over the new speedbump at blockbuster video and scraped the whole way over... S. looking back you can see how big the bump is... i swear it would be illegal.

so those 3 things will be sorted ASAP. if anyone in QLD has great condition front shocks pm me as i need some really soon

other mod i done thins week is remove the factory tweeters and install the JBL tweeters in the factory mounts. i have a howto: on fastfords.org the sound now is great... so much clearer

oh i now have the same rims all round.

well its taken me a few days due to work, but i finally got the pics up of the chrome wheel arch moulds that i got from b_money at a great price... they were easy to put on and loog great.. and they dont move on the car either.. im stoked :) and not to mention the attention you get from such a small mod.

i still need to strip the grill as the paint is chipping off due to all the roadworks and rocks flying up near the airport which is a daily drive for me.

i also replaced the EL thermostat housing with the factory EB one so i get my temp gauge back as the EL one was missing 2 sensors compared to the NC one. i had an issue with thermos which after adding a new earth wire fixed the problem and no more overheating.

i WILL get this smartlock bypass soon... just everything keeps breaking like headlight globes... oh no one buy NARVA brand ones. i got 70 watt ones and they are s**t then my stock 55watters
