well i got the rockercover done to a degree so it will look ok in the engine bay. i only has a small amount of black left so its only got 1 coat, and i didnt sand blast it as im getting an AU cover shortly and didnt see the point in doing this one up too much.

its simple. took me 10 minutes and looks pretty damn good in the right lights.

with the fins i didnt sand all the paint off. i left some black paint in the deep grooves as it looked mad (before the red) i really liked the look. then when i put the red on top it looked awesome. i put about 10 coats of red on it and now with the black in it, it has like a woodgrain look to it which is pretty cool.

well the fairlane... IS ALIVE!!!!!

a bit of tapping but as soon as the oil gets to the top it should be sweet. its slowly going away. i had a bit of issue with the heat but some adjusting of the thermos and its all good...

so its all good for RWC. i bolted on the rear bumper again. just need to clean out all the tools and give it a quick vacuume

well i clean the lane today and all i can say is, its really nice to have a clean car again. a left 2 stains on the seats from grease :( but it should clean out next week.

i mounted the 2 amps on a recovered board, i used the factory panel as a template and reglued the fabric to the new board.

took 30 minutes vacuuming it out. tomorrow ill go over it with some cleaner to get all the dust off the dash etc. rego any day now....

i havnt had a propper chance to test these as im still running them in. they are only 3 months old and they have had about 2-3 hours use...

i HATED!!!! the EA and EB shifters which is why i put the EF/EL one on. altho im looking at a way to put an BA one on... its been done a few times and looks interesting.
