oh good they dont come in black its probly dark green, now go test drive a XF falcon an see how bloody stupid it would to get it over the EL.

if i had 22g im 110% sure i wouldnt have gotten a base model...

mate you should have gotten an EL XR6 or a EL Fairmont Ghia OR a BA Falcon XR6 if your lucky!

bcoz i gotta pay other s**t lyk road worthy and insurance and i want to keep most of the money for wen im older and wat if i crash that would be a waste of cash.

it dont cost 18000 for insurance or if u crashed it, i would of got a BA XR6 decked out with leather an sunroof

if thast the case why didnt you get an XF so if you crash it its only $300 u wasted...
if you drive normal and dont act like a hero you wont crash the car.

Easier said than done, don't forget your on a thing called a public road.
and have you heard the line hit and run.

don't forget cost of maintenance etc. ef/el parts are dime a dozen, ba/bf doubt it.
I suspect he could've done better but nice to hear it's black, you can always slowly upspec it to Fairmont spec.

man some of you guys are a**hole. complete and utter d***head. honestly.

from page one all i see is (your car is s**t,my car is better,xf is s**t,el/ef is crap, why did you dad buy it? cant you save up yourself? your 18 you know everything!, another dad who bought his sonm a car etc etc etc etc)

common guys grow up a little aye? people buy and own what they like. i have an xf. i love it more than anything inthe world and i dont like the shape,interior of an el/ef. so i didnt buy one. why rip on people for there personal preferance?

My don't we get touchy, An XF would've been an excellent choice, i just sold a ZL Fairlane and now have an NF Fairlane they are of course are chalk & cheese but the ZL cost me $650 and i had it for four years of comfortable, reliable driving - sure it was thirsty and there is some issues with LPG on the EFI models but give the guy a break he was asking for help and he got bicth -slapped for it - mate enjoy your new car - my parents bought me my first car - gow up guys!
