The EB has been pulled a part, engine turbo, intercooler,injectors, pipeing etc is up for sale..
All you require is another ECU.. If you buy an EMS 8860 I'm sure the tune can be copied ??

The forged 4.0 A.U, S380 Borg warner turbo engine is going in the Cortina with Dominello C4 from EB..Runing or tuned on E85..
Due to "P" laws and turbo cars .. There was no option..

The Cortina is a race only car.. Light and what we have always said...
We wish some one would build a lightweight car to highlight the benifits of the good ole Falcon 6...
May as well have the Cortina 2400Lb [??] as a race car than the 3600Lb EB..
The EB was getting fast enough to require a roll cage...

Although top end speed maybe alittle hairy with a short-sh wheel base..
It has what looks like a GOOD 4 link and diagonal lateral bar, full chassis connectors etc...
There newspaper wrapped around windows with 1992 date on it..
So I assume it was built soon after that date and sat in the previous owners mothers house for near 20 years..

Nearly 20 years in moth balls... it's got a good paint job as there doesn't appear to be any rust on it, well obvious rust in the photos. My ed is only 17 and has plenty.

OOps Just went back to the photos a bit of surface rust around the rear window. Still if that is all there is , it is in top condition. Should do some quick times, being 1200lb lighter than a "getting fast enough to require a roll cage " 3600lb car. I will follow this build with interest. Will you keep it here or start a new build thread.
