Just got a quote for a bare metal respray in gunmetal grey again.... 10 grand with me stripping and assembling all the trims and glass, but that price includes painting the engine bay with the rest of the car so its not Matt and all the door jams to 8-) going to get a few more quotes before work...

Stopped at a few other shops on the way to work... cheapest quote i got was 7 grand for the bare metal respray plus shaving the arial and boot key hole... also stoped for a quote on getting the interior retrimed... wich thankfully wasnt any where near as expensive. I was thinking of doing the seats in grey with black inserts in the middle... but old mate went over all these other ideas with me and showed me a million diferent leather colours and now i dont know what i want to do lol :? At least i have a fair bit of time to think about it i guess...

Mainly because i want to know whats under the paint... i dont want to have it painted and then have rust come out somewhere in a few years or anything like that :? , and its only and extra few grand to go back to bare metal... with the amount of money i have spent on in it and still have to spend theres no point cutting corners now
