Everything is bolted up properly , we now have lights that work and even the windscreen washers are adjusted correctly.
Just needs a buff and polish and she will be sweet!

The silly f**k who fitted the front end forgot to roll the lips of the guards this afternoon.
Swinging into a driveway has seen the tyre bite the guard and pull the lip down.
The d***head responsible for this stuff up has been given a rather savage upper cut and will be rectifying their stuff up tomorrow.
Its back in the driveway for the night............ :(

Yes there isn't much love lost between me and the ute.
Front come up cheap and will hopefully make it a bit more desirable for someone to pick it up in the not too distant future.

Finished.

Had a couple of holes left in the front guards after removing the big and bulky Fairlane moulds which I didnt have the rest of anyway so found the answer in the glovebox of the Mav.
I had some badges which are a bit of a pisstake of the old XW GT 351 High Performance badges.
As much of an oxymoron that it is these ones say 5.0 HIGH PERFORMANCE.
But they were just the right size to cover the holes. Problem fixed.

Cheers mate. Its getting there.
The reign of ute terror has returned.
Cam sync sensor has packed it in and sounds like a field mouse is jammed in the motor somewhere.
This arvo the right hand cat decided to blow out the cuts of itself and making all types of lovely rattling noises.
Luckily I have previously looked at my crystal ball and foresaw these events on the horizon and have the bits sitting here to sort it all out.
Time for extractors and high flows.
Got a busy October booked so it looks like it will be early November before I get a chance to get into sorting it out.

You mean to tell me that you have spent actual money on this car! You sir are a disgrace to the JewMods community. When I become a mod, you will be the first person to be banished

But at least it looks good.

Early stages yet (I mean really early) but I just got preliminary approval from the engineer to turbo the Mav.
So now it looks like I have 3 things to do.
1. Research what I need to get for it to work right.
2. Make it all fit and pass emissions testing.
3. Start selling my a*** to pay for it all!

Just seen the FB post. There could potentially be a second turbo windsor powered 4wd among the ranks depending how things pan out ;)
