Hi everyone, i recently bought a vixen red 2004 ba xr6 sedan about 3 months ago now and i am planning to do some extensive mods to it. so i thought i would make a build thread for myself as the car was completely stock when i bought it. I would also like to get some advice on what performance mods go well with an n/a xr6.
by the way this is my first time posting on fordmods so if this is in the wrong spot just let me know. thanks |

well a good place to start would be a little wonder around the forums, 6 cylinder section in particular and other build threads. Krazed has a good build that you might learn a few things from, and also he has a few little things for sale that you will be interested in purchasing for your own car soon.
also i see your from brisbane, i have been trying to organise a few meets recently. umm if you could check out SE QLD social meets thread in the idle chat section that would be tops. Krazed would also be coming to them, knowldegable guy and would be very beneficial to helping with your new BA. good luck with the mods my friend, will be keeping an eye on your thread...

Welcome to Fordmods mate! Like Fordaute mentioned, I do have some parts for sale (due to a vehicular accident). Would also be great to have another number for the meets and cruises, as it helps promote the events more, so others feel obliged to come along too.
Hope to see some pictures of the new ride mate, and of course, enjoy your time here

Use a third party source to put them in the threads, like photobucket or something. Then just copy the 'img' code into your post. I don't know if there is another way, but that's how I do it.

It was completely stock when i bought it, except for the ROH 20'' rims, which im soon going to ditch for either f6 rspec wheels
 or fpv dark agents  or fpv silver agents  Tell what you guys think |

I think im leaning towards the dark agents now with calipres painted red, shame they are hard to find for a reasonable price.
