just fitted the turbo back onto the engine ,and tried to fit the earls oil line to the turbo side and the adaptor only screws in 1 and a half turns .that is no good it would just come undone or leak ? .has anyone had the same issues ?the original banjo fitting screwed in about 12 mm and is hollow inside of the bolt .might have to go to enzed to get a adaptor to make it fit .not going to be a problem ,just would be nice if it would have fitted the first time . just tried it again this morning and i used a spanner to tighten it and i got about 6 mm of thread into the turbo ,so all good no problem .its just a tight fit to start with .

120 klm and $66 for some longer silicone hoses ,and removed 50 mm of one of the aluminium joiners and it is in there .just have to buy one more hose clamp ,and the drama will be over .not bad for one and a half days of struggle .just hope the front bar will fit back on .but thats still some time away .

Ya been busy man :), slowly getting on with mine, will have Heater Box this week to put in the ED, brought the AU LSD Diff finally (at my mums till I fix the daily that is also at her house...fuel pump), spending some $$$ on some tools this week while waiting back on price for more BA parts, mainly bigger jack (2500kg) and creeper, so I can get things higher up in the air and roll under it.

Has above, hoping to soon have the complete BA Steering and start on the KFrame swap (after checking with some engineers when I find one),notice from the few pictures back, when your ute was engine less, theres not that much different between ED and BA in terms of where stuff go if you know what I mean, mainly little rather then large, also used those picturess to work out how the BA engine loom goes, will have to drill some holes for some of it to go into the cabin that connects to the dash etc......fun times ahead :D.

Off to Docs tomorrow to get this mental health of mine under control, hating everyday not working like a normal person and providing for my family and giving them a better life...not to mention help with this Project, but more the Father figure on working.

OK posted this last night while in shed but must not of work....

Thanks man does help, take it on the passenger side under the abs module and ecu and where it enters the cabin is a hole that goes into the engine bay to connect up the ecu and other engine bay components etc.

Might go to the wreckers tomorrow and see in person has finally got my wagon going again after fuel pump dramas.

Is that blue connector near where it enters the cabin on both sides the guard indicators?
