still got to fit the new brakes and lines ,the abs block and module.get the new tailshaft made ($2000-1400)and a tune . and some new tyres that hopefully will grip ok (still have to be load rated bugger )and then i can get a mod plate fitted to it . so rely $11000 -$12000 is not to bad for what i got .it will be a nice sleeper with enough power to satisfy my need .and best of all it will feel more balanced to drive handling wise (lighter engine than the v8 ) lighter steering etc .its a win win i believe .the only thing that is in loss is my wallet and time .but i gained so much knowledge and confidence to work on cars .thanks to all that gave me advise on this forum ,and the great comments .but one thing that disappointed me was the mockers that have never attempted anything like this ,that get all there work done by mechanics and say look at my car .to me that is not a car enthusiast .i know i could have bought something close to what i have for less ,but i could never say i build this car my self

just could not help my self .this morning i went around the block just to see how it drives .all good till i got to a intersection where i had to stop ,and then turn right .i thought i better see if the boost gauge works and yes it does ,had no time to look closely as it had instant wheeeeeel spin ,and that was only at very light throttle use .wow this will take some time to get used to this sort of power .the power comes on in an instant ,there is no lag at all .that was just on standard ford tune about 7 psi plus .so oh yes it needs bigger tyres .lol i love it

the only disappointing thing is the engine mounts .in the cabin while idling in gear it sounds like a diesel truck ,and rough .even cranking the stereo would never help . i new it would always be more like a race car than a luxury mercedes benz
