T5's might make alittle more kw's but lose alot of torque.

hmm, why does my car with T5 put 1.5 car lengths on every auto car ive come across by the time ive finished in 2nd gear :)

why does every stock auto eseries run 16's over the 1/4 mile, but a manual EA can run low 15's...

Laticia's car will be alot quicker no doubt.... im only swapping cause i want my car to be a cruiser again & couldnt be f**k changing gears all the time, and so the missus can finally drive my car when im lazy (or drunk) :P

try putting 1 or 2 car lengths on my auto, i don't think you will!!
you get a manual with a stuffed clutch and shagged box and it will run the same as an old worn out auto, where running a old wornout auto againest a manual with a new clutch and healthy box of cause it will beat it the auto.
i have only not been able to beat two T5's which were fordfreaks old mont and fast xr's old el xr6 both with more work than mine though.

A healthy auto will out torque a T5 any day...

hold on, lets make it even, i will fit LSD and also a worked head like you have, and im very sure i would see you in my mirror :P

maybe i should give laticia a race before we swap gearboxes over lol .... im confident even with a single spinner it should give it a good run

you still can have a run, i have a g-tech ... and the roads around here are 100kph, and nice and straight ..... just get here as early as poss.

its sposed to be 2800RPM stall, but you can get it to almost 3000rpm, but then its just starts going sideways. about who gets of the line quicker..Never draged a manual before, would be insteresting with my stallie. and my car is about 400kg heaver...

Laticia.

we probably get there by 8am. As it is, i would have to leave here 4am to make it in that time :)

Your car is very similar weight to mine, Redbook states only 60kg difference

sweet, don't forget to bring some food we can do in microwave, maybe we can have a BBQ, also, bring drinks you like got a fridge in there ...

and yeah, it would be interesting to see whos car's quicker, i know the perfect spot. but its a 2km straigh hill cliib, not that very steep, so that works out, we could have one lane each ... :)

cyas friday!! :)

Here it is, and it isn't even a signature so it won't change...

FELLOW MEMBERS BEWARE
do not deal with Sommers NL, she has ripped me off (3 figure sum)
taken my money and ran, not responding to pm or phone
THIS MEMBER CANNOT BE TRUSTED!
SHE IS A CRUISE MOD IN QLD, name is Laticia
Hopefully this signiture from Fast XR saves someone from being scammed like i have!

And appears FordFairmont has an issue with her too. Seems like a right royal con artist.

Well, think she sold FAST XR quite a few throttle bodies for a few hundred dollars and at first they were "lost in the post" and now she's just given up talking to him. Ford Fairmont swapped a gearbox for an auto tranny and has been left with a mess of a tranny and a car that was far better off before ever meeting whats-her-name.

Neither of these people have told me this, I am only guessing... My guesses have been wrong before, but I'd say I'm 95% correct with this particular guess.
